Rowan Atkinson appears in the song, making comments throughout as Mr. Bean, who is running for British prime-minister. His lines contain many references to Atkinson's series Чeрная гадюка 3 (1987). For example, Vincent Hanna appears reading off the votes, like he did on the first episode of Blackadder III. Like in that episode, all the parties listed off "no votes" until Atkinson's, who received all the votes (so Bean gets elected in the song).
